Return Policy for Canik-Armory

At Canik-Armory, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our return policy below to understand your options for returns and exchanges.


1. General Return Policy

  • Firearms: Due to federal regulations, all firearm sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on firearms once they have been transferred to the buyer. If you believe the firearm is defective, please contact the manufacturer for warranty services.
  • Ammunition: All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable due to safety and legal regulations.
  • Accessories & Gear: Accessories and tactical gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at returns@canik-armory.com or call (XXX) XXX-XXXX with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us within 10 days of receiving your RMA. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for accessories and gear, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
