At Canik-Armory, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable shipping for all your orders. Please read our shipping policy for details on how we process and deliver your purchases.
1. General Shipping Information
- We ship orders within the United States only (unless stated otherwise).
- All orders are processed and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed and required documentation is received.
2. Firearms Shipping
- All firearms are shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
- During checkout, you must provide the FFL dealer’s information or email it to support@canik-armory.com.
- The FFL dealer will handle the transfer process, including background checks.
3. Ammunition Shipping
- Ammunition is shipped in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- We cannot ship ammunition to the following restricted locations:
- Alaska, California (without proper permits), Hawaii, Illinois (certain areas), New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C.
- Age verification is required for ammunition purchases.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Rates will be displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a certain amount (if applicable).
5. Delivery Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited shipping options may be available for certain products.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier service.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of firearms, ammunition, and armory-related products.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Certain items may not be shipped to restricted states or jurisdictions.
- It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before placing an order.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
